Our goal is simple: serve fresh, flavorful Mexican food in a welcoming atmosphere where families, friends, and visitors can enjoy a satisfying meal together. Our menu is filled with freshly prepared favorites, generous portions, and bold flavors, with something for every appetite throughout the day.
One of the things we’re best known for is our homemade flour tortillas. Made fresh and served alongside many of our favorite dishes, they’ve become a signature part of the La Salsa Kitchen experience. Guests can also customize their meals at our salsa bar, featuring more than seven options ranging from mild and flavorful to plenty of heat.
We’re equally proud of the communities we serve. Roswell and Ruidoso have supported La Salsa Kitchen, and we believe in giving that support back whenever we can through local charities, schools, organizations, and community events.
